MCCS offers several group insurance plans in recognition of the need to ensure the safety, health and lives of its employees. Enrollment is voluntary. Payments are paid through automatic payroll deductions.

Life Insurance
There are four life insurance options available. Standard Life Insurance, Optional Life Insurance #1, Optional Life Insurance #2, and Optional Dependent Life Insurance.

Retirement Plan
MCCS offers a Retirement plan for regular full-time/part-time employees.

401K Investment Plan
A 401K Plan is available for regular full-time/part-time employees who are at least 18 years of age.

Annual Leave / Sick Leave
Regular employees accrue annual leave while in a paid status, excluding overtime hours worked in excess of 40hrs, during the basic workweek.

Regular employees earn sick leave at the rate of 5% of the total basic workweek hours, at the time of appointment to regular status.

Family Medical Leave
MCCS provides any employee (including flexible employees) who has worked in their position for a minimum of one year, the opportunity to take up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave due to a serious health condition.

Employee Assistance Program
EAP is a service that provides assistance to employees on a variety of personal issues, including emotional, substance abuse, financial, legal, marital/family, dependent care etc.

Tuition Assistance
This program is for NAF and APF regular full-time, part-time or flexible employees who have been with MCCS for at last 6 months and meet all the requirements.
