Recreational Shooting

The Recreational Shooting range at Camp Pendleton features two skeet ranges for American or International Skeet. One range is used for five-stand sporting clays and two trap ranges. 16 to 22 yard handicap, wobble and dabbles are shot. Everything you need to shoot is available on site: guns, ammo, eye and ear protection. Basic instruction is free.

Recreational Shooting is open for active duty personnel and their families, retired military, authorized DoD personnel and guests. Hearing and eye protection required for all participants. Checks or cash only. Watch for Intramural, League and Vado Del Rio Trap & Skeet Club events! Located at 25 Area (Vado Del Rio).
